Man remember all those videos for years of Yamhaw bashing(literally) the Spark because it was “plastic”….. Guess if you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em. It’s still too heavy and holds way more fuel than it needs way up in the nose which is exactly where you don’t won’t weight when stuntin. Maybe a ski that is actually directly aimed at the Spark will make Sea Doo finally give us the hot rod Spark we been wanting since 2014.

Simple and to the point review. I am doubtful they will surpass the Spark lineup this year, but if Seadoo doesn't step up I can see this being the go to fun lake toy for the kids.

This ski has more engine access? Yeah right. To small holes. Fx is easy to get anywhere in the engine 😂🤷‍♂️

awesome video! thanks for the comparison and notes. yami finally going in the right direction for us small watercraft enthusiasts. as always, there's going to be gripes with "rip-off of spark" and "why didn't the 1.9 get installed" but overall this is the right move for yamaha. we're almost where we want them to be.

I ride offshore in Florida a lot on my GP and I heard the Macsboost filter runs pretty good with the vent tubes pointed at it but I anticipate a potential issue with those. Seems like that will take in water easy being you’re supposed to point the vent hoses right at it or rinsing the engine after riding in salt water unless I’m wrong. Any input would be appreciated

Great vid! I'm trying to get my new VX HO 1.9 to max out without a Scharger or turbo. I'm currently running 67mph at 7600 rpm stock impeller after a nano 8500 tune. My question is is an 11/15 solas a faster top end impeller than the recommended 14/16? What is the top top speed impeller recommended for the new 1.9 engine in ypur opinion? Thx!

Hey I have 2 Kawasaki stx 15f Jetskis and I am a new ski owner so I’m new to the ski world, but I have an issue I would like to see if you can help me figure out, Okay on a recent river trip I had the impeller shaft bearing fail, I replaced the bearings,shaft, cone, impeller and used the original jet pump housing. I used kawiperformance upgrade shaft kit and got a solas impeller with stock pitch. Everything went together nicely, and I have rode the ski several times and have noticed a slight vibration? Is the best I can describe the sound, but it only happens when I am at a consistent speed around 34 mph but if I let off the gas or speed up or turn it will stop until I stay at a constant speed. I have since replaced the jet pump housing to see if maybe that was the issue. And it still makes the vibration. It is very slight, and I wouldn’t notice I guess if I didn’t have another of the exact same ski to compare it to, and I also replaced the shaft and bearings in the other ski with the same upgrade kit. The only thing different is the impeller. So I’m wondering if the impeller is the issue and is that something I should worry about ? Thanks in advance for your input or anyone who reads this.

Does the 2024 rxpx 300 come with a factory BLOW OFF VALVE?! Also When INSTALLING. A BLow OFF VALVE on a 23 rxpx 300 where do you get the vacuum supply If you already have an air intake with a catch can?! Thanks
